Payment Methods
All payments must be made in US Funds. We accept Visa and Master Card. Customer information is considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third party. All credit card information sent online is processed through PayPal's Secure Server. The Secure Server encrypts credit card information keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet.

How to Place an Order
You may place an order by telephone, call our toll-free number 1-866-333-7558. Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm Pacific Time. Place orders online using our shopping cart. Once you have found the merchandise you would like to purchase, click the "Add to Cart " button. This will take you to PayPal "Shopping Cart," which will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart. You may continue to shop by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button.  At any time you can change, add, or delete your order.

Washington State residence is subject to sales tax on all orders.

Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Shipping and Handling Charges
We ship using the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified of any shipping delays within 24 hours by phone or e-mail. Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates are Based on the Dollar Amount of Purchase. Orders of $50.00 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds are gladly accepted within 30 days of invoice date. Returns after 30 days will result in an in-store credit. Original labels must not be removed from clothing. Clothing cannot be returned if laundered. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes (no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed on clearance and irregular items). Perspiration Shields may be returned only if not worn.
